The accommodation is composed as follows: Semi-buried space: - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a bunk bed (sleeps 2, 90×190) - Bedroom 2: a bunk bed (sleeps 3, double bed downstairs (140×190), single bed upstairs (90×190)) - Bathroom with shower and WC - Laundry room - Double garage Ground floor/main part: - 47 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - Open kitchen equipped - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: queen-size bed - Bedroom 5: two bunk beds (sleeps 4 (90×190)) - Bathroom with shower and bath - Separate WC The accommodation also features a poolhouse (outbuilding with bar and kitchenette) by the pool. Exterior: - A private, heated swimming pool (8×4) secured by an external barrier, retractable dome and shutter. Opening dates are non-contractual, from April 20 to November 1. - A beautiful enclosed garden of 1,350 m². - A 40 m² west-facing terrace with tables and chairs - A 35 m² south-facing pool terrace with furniture for sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
