The house, measuring around 300 m², offers a comfortable layout: On the first floor you will find: An entrance hall, a fully equipped laundry room, a family kitchen, equipped, a WC with a guest shower The glazed dining room is spacious and very bright, with a large solid wood table. It includes a pool table, two sofas and plenty of armchairs, a TV area with DVD player and a large stone fireplace. Next door, outside, is the wood-burning stove, where you can gather for warm, friendly fires. The bedrooms are divided as follows: In the main house, On the first floor : - A large bedroom with 2 double beds, or one king-size bed, with a study area overlooking the sea, and a large shower room with an adjoining XXL walk-in shower. First floor: - A large double bedroom with 2 large single beds, with a small adjoining bedroom with a single bed, and a large bathroom with a bath and private WC. - A bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with WC, shower and bath. - An attic library - A double attic bedroom for two children or juniors (2 beds 180x90 cm) with private WC, shower and bathroom sink. In ‘la suite bleue’, a small adjoining building, there is a duplex suite with a large bedroom with 2 beds on the first floor with kitchenette, and a double bedroom upstairs with bathroom and separate WC. In the other adjoining suite, ‘la suite Zen’: First floor : - A bedroom with a double bed and a large desk, an independent WC, and a small bathroom. First floor: - A double attic bedroom Outside : - A large terrace in front of the lounge and dining room is unobstructed and not overlooked. It faces south-east, and is equipped with several outdoor tables, a corner sofa - 2 kayak and plenty of board games.- There is a small beach below the house. It is accessible via a private staircase. - You will also have access to the boarding pontoon in the estate's private slipway, and to the larger beach, accessible at high and low tide, which is a 3' walk away.

Around the house you'll find a vast lawn and large trees for children to play in. This sheltered wooded area will delight all young explorers in search of adventure. A range of leisure facilities awaits them too, including a table tennis table, badminton rackets, a Molkky and petanque game, 3 kayak and plenty of board games. A small beach is located below the house, accessible by a private staircase. You will also have access to the boarding pontoon in the estate's private slipway, and to the larger beach 3' away on foot. You can also take advantage of a mooring for your boat, on request. Located just in front of the house, you can watch over your boat from the garden and the house. A car is recommended for exploring the area. Manoir ST Brendan is just a short drive from the village of Baden, with its morning fish market and Friday afternoon market, 20 minutes from Vannes and Auray, and around 30 minutes from Carnac or La Trinité sur Mer. Numerous water sports activities and boat hire are also available in Arradon, a 15-minute drive away. You will be welcomed by our concierge team, who will show you around the house and its surroundings. Games and equipment are available to entertain young and old. Please ensure that the house is kept clean and tidy during your stay. To enable us to prepare the Manoir for subsequent guests, a high-quality end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the booking.
