The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open kitchen - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... First floor: - Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds (90×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Mezzanine : - A sleeping area with 2 single beds (90×190) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - A 10m×5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to mid-October. Fenced and covered for safety. - A beautiful 2,000 m² private garden surrounding the house, partially enclosed by a natural hedge. - A 30 m² south-facing covered terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Fireplace (wood not provided) - Pets accepted, for a supplement of e15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
