Stunning! Nestled in Eze, by the seaside, La SOLEILLADE VI4451 By Riviera Holiday Homes offers an unobstructed sea view. This terraced villa is located within a peaceful residence, featuring a swimming pool and parking, and can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor, you will discover a living room with a dining area, as well as a fully equipped separate kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking plates, and washing machine. The comfortable lounge area, with sofa and armchairs, opens onto a vast terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking sea view. You will also find a barbecue, a dining space, and a lounge area for a complete change of scenery! Regarding the sleeping area, the villa has 2 bedrooms with storage and double beds, and another with a bunk bed, all air-conditioned. A bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as a second one with shower and separate toilet, are located on the lower floor. The deposit is asked (pre-authorization on card, not debited). Enjoy free WiFi, note that pets are not allowed, and the villa is non-smoking. The residence includes a collective swimming pool and private parking.
