The chalet "Laltizoard" is situated in Briançon and overlooks the nearby mountain. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, 4 TVs (1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a dryer, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The jacuzzi, barrel sauna and swimming pool are included for every stay. The barrel sauna and jacuzzi are available all year round on reservation according to the time slots 14ha19h and the heated pool is open from April to November (depending on weather conditions). Laltizoard also offers an optional wellness area with massage table and Japanese sauna. This chalet offers a private outdoor area with a whirlpool, a garden, and a barbecue. The barrel sauna and whirlpool are available all year round on reservation, from 2pm to 7pm, and the heated swimming pool is open from April to November (weather permitting). 4 parking spaces are available on the property (2 covered spaces and 2 uncovered spaces in the courtyard) Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked not to wear outdoor shoes upstairs (a pair of Crocs will be provided to each guest) and to observe the quiet hours during their stay (no noise after 10 pm).
