The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Bénodet, this charming apartment at less than 100 meters of the beach, with swimming pool with whirlpool/jacuzzi and sauna shared, of a surface of 48 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 22 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony. Sheets and towels in supplement, we wait for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 22 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower. - Bedroom 2: two single beds. - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet. At your disposal if needed: plancha, fan, ironing board and iron, washing machine Private exterior : - A balcony facing South-East with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Outside in the Aquatic area of the residence : - A swimming pool (heated, shared), with a whirlpool/jacuzzi area at no extra cost, open from April to October (opening dates are not contractual and may be modified by the residence). - A sauna/hammam at no extra cost. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The rates given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the indicated times are subject to availability of the concierge.
