Lavender House is a lovely traditional stone house located in the Anjou region of the Loire Valley. It is set in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful vineyards and countryside. The accommodation comprises of a large open plan dining kitchen and sitting room with a log burner. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin), a shower room and additional WC. Externally, there is a private enclosed garden with decked pergola, small games barn, and private parking. Pets are very welcome but we ask that they are not left unattended.

Hi! We are Eve and Erica, the new owners of Lavender House. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful property and sharing all that the region has to offer. Our main objective is to ensure that guests have the best stay possible. We are keen on the outdoors and have a selection of bicycles that guests are welcome to use. Our love of flowers and plants is evident in the beautiful gardens which attract a wide range of birds and wildlife. We speak multiple languages, including English, French, and Dutch.

Lavender House is situated in a small hamlet and is surrounded by vineyards and countryside. Cersay is 2kms away with a small supermarket, vineyard, pharmacy, hairdressers and church. Within 30 minutes there are a number of picturesque towns and villages with a wide range of amenities. There is a huge amount to see and do in the region including 2 of France's top tourist attractions, Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, as well as the stunning beaches and islands at the coast around 90 minutes away. There is no immediate access to public transport, however there are train stations in Saumur and Montreuil Bellay. The region is well served by airports especially in the summer months. These include Poitiers, Nantes, Limoges, Tours and La Rochelle. Lavender House has its own dedicated parking area with space for 2 - 4 cars.
