Welcome to Le Bellevue apart'hotel A modern remodelled apart'hotel offering 25 apartments (studios, 1-bedroom apartments with separate living room including sofa bed). All the apartments offer floor heating, flat-screen TV, cosy beds, walk-in shower, Parisian style windows, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine). The property features five different design styles with contemporary decoration and bright spaces. Automatic check-in at anytime will save you time and provide you with added privacy. Daily cleaning is not included, it will be done only when you leave at the end of your stay. Please be aware that the elevator starts only from the first floor (and not the ground floor). Besides, we don' t have AC in the apartments/studios (only fans are provided).

The bohemian district of Ménilmontant is located in the heart of the old industrial center of Paris. Old factories are home to trendy concert halls such as the Bellevilloise and the Maroquinerie, and the rue de Ménilmontant is surrounded by a maze of cobbled lanes and artist studios.
