We would like to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. - Smoking is strictly forbidden in the accommodation: 100€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;
- The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Close windows on departure;
- Do not damage, break or steal anything;
- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will incur a 50€ deduction from the security deposit.
- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. to respect the neighbors;
- It is forbidden to sleep in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, comforter cover, sheet). 50€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
