Profitez d'un logement élégant pour deux personnes situé dans l hyper centre d Auray. Parking à proximité, proches de tous commerces et donnant sur une place très charmante, La Place Aux Roues. Le logement studio situé au second étage rénové récemment. Vous y trouverez toute le confort, literie neuve et de bonne qualité, ameublement de qualité et décoration soignée. salle de douche avec un vasque. WC indépendant. cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, machine à laver, Nespresso, grille pain, bouilloire ... l'appartement est situé sur une petite place très sympa. Autres remarques ménage fin de séjour à effectuer par le voyageur. En cas de casse de la vaisselle nous vous demandons une indemnisation financière car celle ci est assortie à la décoration. nous souhaitons donc pouvoir racheter nous même l'élément cassé
