On the ground floor: living room, open kitchen and dining area, shower room, wc. A staircase leads to 2 communicating bedrooms, no door between (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Another staircase on the living room side leads to 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with open shower room and separate toilet and 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with private shower room and toilet. Electric heating. Terrace and covered terrace.

Neighbourhood information

Very close to Limoges (10 mins by car) the gite adjoining the owners' house has a completely independent entrance and terrace not overlooked. A large piece of land at the back of the house is extended by 4 ha of woods. A beautiful walk allows you to reach the river or go hiking on marked trails.
