The Avenue Gabriel Hanotaux neighborhood in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is located in the lower part of the town, between Carnolès and Cap-Martin, a peaceful and green residential area appreciated for its proximity to the sea and its tranquil living environment.

The neighborhood offers a calm, mainly residential atmosphere, with many residences surrounded by gardens, small shops, and local services. It is a few minutes' walk from Buse Beach and the Robert Schumann promenade, a popular spot for seaside strolls. The streets are lined with trees and enjoy beautiful light, typical of the French Riviera.
Heritage and character
Roquebrune-Cap-Martin is a town with a rich cultural and artistic heritage: it has several listed sites, including Eileen Gray's Villa E-1027, Le Corbusier's Cabanon, and the medieval castle overlooking the bay. The historian and academician Gabriel Hanotaux, after whom the avenue is named, was himself a resident of the area and contributed to the preservation of Cap-Martin.
