Exterior: - A private (unheated), semi-buried 4×2m swimming pool, open from April 1ᵉʳ to October 31 (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions). - A terrace on the 3ᵉ floor, facing south-east and overlooking La Clape, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. - A north-facing terrace overlooking the rooftops and Narbonne Cathedral. - On the 2nd floor, a south-facing balcony shared by each bedroom - Two individual north-facing balconies Other remarks : - Air conditioning in all rooms except bedroom 3 - Possibility of booking massages and yoga classes in the wellness center located within the building (ground floor and 1ᵉʳ floor). Payment and booking directly on site. - Bed linen and towels included. - The stove is functional, wood is provided free of charge. - All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

The loft is ideally located in Narbonne, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Narbonne plage and Gruissan Plage 15 km away. - Visits to museums and the town's main monuments: Narbo Via museum, Roman Horreum, Cathédrale St Just, Palais des archevêques, clos de la Lombarde, Maison Natale de Charles Trenet, Basilique St-Paul Serge, Eglise Notre Dame de Lamourguier, Chapelle des penitents bleus, Maison des 3 Nourrices... - The Canal de la Robine is just a 4-minute walk away for a jog or boat trip. - The Halles market, voted France's most beautiful market in 2022, is a 3-minute walk away. - Fronfroide Abbey is 15km from the accommodation. - The world-famous restaurant "Les grands Buffets" is a 15-minute walk away.
