Spacious and bright apartment located on the ground floor of a small two-story residence on Rue Charton, with a pharmacy and tobacco shop in the street. It has a lot of charm with its high ceilings and exposed beams. It is equipped with the following: A spacious living room with a sofa, a coffee table, a television, and wifi. Electric blinds. A dining table with chairs. An open kitchen equipped with a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a cooktop, a kettle, a toaster, dishes, and cooking utensils. A very spacious shower room with a sink, towel dryer, hairdryer, and toilet. On the mezzanine (height 1.85m): A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a dresser. A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a dresser, an en-suite shower room with a shower and a sink. Blackout curtains on the windows. Portable fans, an iron, and a washing machine. LINEN AND BASIC PRODUCTS You will find linen and basic products in the apartment upon your arrival. Regarding linen: The bed will be made according to the number of people specified in the reservation. 1 bath towel per person per stay (if you need more, please bring your own). 1 kitchen towel, 1 bath mat for the bathroom. Regarding basic products: 3 toilet paper rolls. 1 shower gel. 1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge. Coffee capsules & tea bags provided for your arrival. A few cleaning products.
