Located on the edge of the ocean and providing a very close beach access, Le Grand Hotel de la Plage is an elegant, modern-style hotel with a brasserie-style restaurant, a bar and a seasonal pool. Le Grand Hotel de la Plage was nominated for Best European Terrace at the 2015 Villegiature Awards. The air-conditioned rooms at Le Grand Hotel de la Plage feature parquet flooring and a view of the ocean. They all include a minibar, a coffee machine and an LCD TV with cable channels. A buffet breakfast is available every morning and includes French Pastries, cheeses and hams. Bacon, eggs and hot drinks area also provided. Other facilities are available such as free Wi-Fi access, luggage storage and a safety deposit box. The hotel is situated 7 km from Biscarosse Golf Course and 30 km from the Bassin d’Arcachon. Arcachon Train Station is 30 km away and there is a free, private car park on site.
