Entrée avec placard. Grand salon avec canapé, fauteuils, 2 tables basses, secrétaire, rangements, meuble TV et TV, lampadaire, lampe avec ventilateur, sortie sur la terrasse vue Golf. Chambre avec lit double, armoire, fauteuil, séparée par porte coulissante du salon, sortie sur la terrasse vue Golf. Cuisine indépendante et très bien équipée (évier, hotte, plaques induction, lave-vaisselle, , réfrigérateur-congélateur, four électrique, micro-ondes, lave-linge, rangements), table ec chaises, sortie vers terrasse vue Marina et collines.
