This pleasant 103m² duplex apartment, with its original decor and close proximity to the Musée d'Art Moderne, can accommodate up to 7 people, making it ideal for groups and families. You'll be particularly well placed to visit the Petite France district (a UNESCO World Heritage site), just an 8-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is located on the 5th floor (no elevator). The accommodation is composed as follows: - Living room with sofa bed, 3 armchairs, 2 coffee tables and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee-maker, cooking utensils and a dining area for 8 people. - One bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table and closets - Upstairs attic bedroom with single and queen-size beds, wardrobe and rooftop views - Bathroom with large bathtub and washbasin - separate WC Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Access to the apartment is available from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a hotel opposite the station. You will be given a set of keys. The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This hotel closes at 9pm! Check-in will not be possible after 9pm.
