Laundry room (washing machine, dryer, WC). 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200 cm, TV) accessible to people with reduced mobility giving access to a shower room with WC. 1st floor: billiards. 4 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 cm, TV, shower room, WC). 2nd floor: lounge (TV), WC, 5 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200 cm, TV, shower room) air-conditioned. Electric heating. Beds made (sheets provided). Towels and household linen included. Cleaning included. Possibility of fishing in the 2 ponds of the estate (trout, pike and carp). Bicycles available. Dogs are accepted but are not allowed to enter the cottage, kennels and kennels are at your disposal. Completely enclosed swimming pool area with toilets.
