The accommodation comprises : - 17 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - A sleeping area with a bunk bed (2 single beds) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC in entrance hall Exterior: - A 5 m² balcony overlooking the pool and furniture to enjoy the fine weather Shared areas : - A 90 m² heated swimming pool, shared with the residence and open all year round (opening dates subject to change by the residence and subject to weather conditions). - Jacuzzi area in the pool, available all year round - Hammam and sauna available - Green spaces in the residence Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
