The Garden room is equipped with a king sized double bed, flat-screen TV offering English and French channels and a complementary tea/coffee tray. There is an adjacent shower room, private entrance and access to a separate guest lounge where there is a large flat screen TV which also offers a choice of English and French channels. Many of our guests enjoy visiting the animals at Le Petit Verger, which include a goat, sheep, alpacas, chickens, pigs and two shetland ponies. We do not serve evening meals, but there are restaurants in nearby Formerie and Forges les Eaux. If you don't feel like venturing out after a long drive, you are welcome to bring along a picnic to eat on the terrace weather permitting, or under cover of our heated gazebo with views of the garden.

Le Petit Verger was built in 1880 and is a traditional Normandy longère. We have owned the property since 2012 and finally realised a lifelong ambition by opening the bed and breakfast in February 2015. The house is set in a tranquil location and caters for people travelling for business or pleasure.

Grumesnil is a quiet village surrounded by rolling hills and farmland. It is situated 20 minutes from Neufchatel-en-Bray and the Avenue Verte and 15 minutes from Forges-les-Eaux. The closest supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be found 6 kilometres away in Formerie.
