## The space THE ACCOMMODATION- This bright, fully-renovated flat features a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room for greater conviviality, a comfortable bedroom with 180x190 bedding, a bathroom with shower and meticulous decoration: everything has been carefully thought out for your comfort and well-being. The flat is on the 4th floor, without a lift. There is a chest of drawers for storing your belongings. A washing machine and towels are also available. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wifi is also available. ## Guest access LOCATION- The location is ideal: you will be staying in a district in the heart of Le Havre city centre, a stone's throw from the beach and places to visit (Maison de l'Armateur, Musée Malraux, Niemeyer cultural centre), the fishing port with its famous fish market, and the Southampton quay with its bars and restaurants, as well as a promenade offering breathtaking views of the sunsets. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE- For an independent arrival, keys are available from 5pm, 7 days a week, outside the accommodation door. All the instructions for collecting the keys will be given to you before your arrival. ## Guest interaction In order to communicate with us, you can write to us in priority on the messaging system and if you need to, don't hesitate to use my telephone number. ## Other things to note We offer professional mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 10 nights, including replacement of linen and cleaning (dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen).
