## The space This town house offers three levels: it is firstly composed of a staircase allowing access to the 1st level. On the 1st floor: • A living room with two convertible sofas, a television, wifi and storage. • A large semi-open kitchen with a table for eating meals and all the necessary appliances: coffee maker, kettle, gas stove with combined oven and hob, combined fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. On the 2nd floor: • A bathroom with window, bathtub, sink and towel dryer. • A separate toilet • Two bedrooms 180X200cm (2 beds 90x180cm), not directly overlooked, with storage and office area. On the 3rd floor: • A mezzanine bedroom with storage and office Cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure, but we ask you to keep the accommodation in a suitable condition when you leave.
