The Résidence*** Les Demeures Torrellanes is located just 7 minutes’ drive from Saint Cyprien Plage and its beach and just 4 km from Elne Train Station. It offers houses, an outdoor swimming pool and fitness room and a children's playground. Guests can prepare their meals in the house's equipped kitchenette including a microwave and fridge. There is also a dining area, a TV, a lounge and a private bathroom with a bathtub. There is also a children's playground and fitness centre. Résidence*** Les Demeures Torrellanes is located 15 km from Perpignan. The Saint Cyprien Golf Course is 4 km away and Perpignan-Rivesaltes Airport is 18 km away.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge
