Beautiful private property with bucolic charm featuring its own covered and heated swimming pool (from April 4 to October 8), salt treatment (dimensions: 8 m x 4 m - depth: 0.80 to 1.50 m) and nestled in greenery on 7.5 hectares of meadows and woods, with deer and woodpeckers in attendance. Only 5 km from the Lascaux Caves and Montignac (shops, restaurants, market, cinema...) and 20 minutes from Sarlat. Covered terrace with direct view of the pool + gazebo by the pool. Private parking.
