Within a 10 minute drive, you'll find two of France’s “Most Beautiful Villages” — Montsoreau and Candes-Saint-Martin — both offering stunning river views and historic charm. Known as the “Land of the Kings,” the region is rich in culture and remarkable architecture. The iconic creamy-white tuffeau stone, used in many of the local buildings and châteaux, seems to glow in the sunlight, giving the entire landscape a timeless elegance.
