The accommodation comprises - An 18 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) - A duplex sleeping area with two single beds - A shower room with shower, vanity unit and WC Other remarks : - Washing machines and tumble dryers are available and are located in the residence's laundry room on the garden level - The staircase to the mezzanine is rather steep (miller's staircase) and not recommended for young children. - No meals served on site and no breakfast available - Pets are allowed for e10 per stay. Only one pet is allowed per stay. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
