Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Orcières, this charming studio apartment with mountain view, ski resort nearby, with a surface area of 24 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a shower room and a sleeping area. The accommodation comprises : - A 15 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, fondue machine, raclette machine, hob, etc. and dining area - A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) - A shower room with shower and WC Outside area : - A 5 m² balcony with furniture to make the most of sunny days. Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner - Cleaning at the end of your stay must be done by you (or at an additional cost from our local service provider, at a cost of e45). - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
