Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to rent, on the commune of Arras in the historical centre, this charming flat of a surface of 32 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open plan kitchen, a nice bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 15 m² with TV (netflix subscription), sofa, armchair and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room and books on the headboard. - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet. If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public pay car park on the street or in the free car park located 10 minutes walk from the flat. Other remarks : - Non-smoking accommodation. - Bed linen and towels included. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - For stays of more than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is recommended. This service is charged at 44 euros and must be paid on site by cheque or cash. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The building is composed of 3 apartments that can accommodate 8 people.
