Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Arras in the historical centre, this charming flat in duplex, luminous, of a surface of 37 m ² and being able to accomodate until 3 travellers. Located on the 2nd floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom on the mezzanine and a shower room. Wifi (optical fibre), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with blackout blinds of 30 m² with a TV (netflix subscription), a sofa bed, armchairs, an office area and a dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... - A bedroom on the mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room and bookcase. - A bathroom with shower and toilet. If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public pay car park on the street or in the free car park located 10 minutes walk from the flat. Other remarks : - Non-smoking accommodation. - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - For stays of more than 14 nights, an intermediate cleaning is recommended. This service is charged at 44 euros and must be paid on site by cheque or cash. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The building is composed of 3 apartments that can accommodate 8 people.
