Property information

Area 150 m². Living room with kitchen area, lounge area with stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 180) private shower room and toilets and another bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with private shower room and toilets opens by a bay on the garden. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with shower room and wc (3 single beds). Wood and electric heating. The cottage is located near the Espace Hermeline, the greenway (bike rentals, vélorail ...) and 2km from the shops. Enclosed park of 8000 m in the middle of nature and private swimming pool at the gîte.

Neighbourhood information

In the heart of nature, the restored farmhouse opens onto a wooded and flowery park with an ornamental pond on a 7 ha property where the owners' house is located with 2 guest rooms and the gite, located at the end. The gîte has fully enclosed grounds of 8000 m² with a private heated swimming pool for the gîte, open from June to September depending on weather conditions.
