Pour tout contact,par mail uniquement,pas en sms Voici des règles internes en + de l'appartement à très bien respecter,des règles de civilités ESSENTIELLES et ELEMENTAIRES,indispensables pour tous,prévoir des frais, si, à votre départ= 1/Vaisselle laissée en désordre ,Poubelle de cuisine non vidée ,Laissé des bouteilles ou autre en verre et ou bouteilles ou autre plastiques, cartons, papier ,avoir laissé le marc de café dans la machine à café en poudre si utilisation,=vingt cinq euros pour chaque manquement 2/Avoir déplacé des meubles et ne pas les avoir remis en place=soixante cinq euros 3/avoir fumé dans l'appartement=la totalité de la garantie, 4/Votre départ pas l'heure comme c'est prévu dans le contrat sans notre accord =la totalité de la garantie et cinquante euros par heure de retard, avec notre accord = 10euros /h entre 10h et 17h uniquement , 5/Ne pas avoir confirmé VOTRE linge par photo envoyée par mail booking et dans l'heure après votre arrivée dans cette maison et datée du lit utilisé avec VOTRE linge (housse de couette, drap housse ,taie d'oreiller )=quarante huit euros/pers , 6/ne pas avoir renvoyé attestation d'extension de garantie MH pour ce logt= cent euros, 7/ne pas avoir renvoyer 1ribou infos bancaires dans l'espace client booking uniquement,avec meme nom que la réservation dans les délais imposés par booking pour la restitution de la garantie ou partie, c'est acquis définitivement (aucune relance ne sera faite ). Selon conditions booking,merci de renvoyer par mail dans votre espace client booking votre carte d'identité recto verso,à défaut c'est quatre vingt euros,dire le motif du séjour. En prenant cette location,vous reconnaissez avoir compris toutes ces règles internes et les avoir acceptées , vous prenez l'ensemble de la location en l'état.
