Relax with your family in this unique and peaceful EcoLodge, overlooking the lake and combining the joys of wild camping with the comfort of a guest room. A unique concept, far from the crowds but close to all amenities. Ideal for taking a breath of fresh air while connecting with the lush nature of Haute Savoie. Access to the Lodge is on foot, approximately 25 minutes from the car park, which ensures exceptional tranquility in the heart of nature! The camp is located in the mountain pastures, where our donkeys specialized in hiking await you to discover the most beautiful trails in the surrounding area at their own pace. A unique and timeless experience that will remain engraved in your memory. Housing Our EcoLodge is not connected to any network, it is fully off-grid: -water (drinking water reserve) -electricity from Solar panels -in sanitation (compost toilets) This particularity therefore requires a different approach to your daily consumption. Everything has been calculated so that you and your family will want for nothing, as long as you remain vigilant about your energy consumption. An ecological approach which allows you to preserve the natural resources of this beautiful region and thus limit your footprint on nature. The interior of the Lodge is divided into 3 spaces: -A kid's bedroom at the back on the left with storage and 2 single bunk beds -A bedroom at the back on the right with storage and 1 double bed (possibility of separating the double bed into 2 single beds) -A large living room with plenty of storage and a double sofa bed. Added to all this is a large covered terrace with a kitchenette (2 gas + food and cutlery storage). A large table is also at your disposal on the terrace. Another large picnic table is also at your disposal next to the campfire. As for the sanitary facilities, you have a complete block separated into 3 ==> 1 compost toilet + a dish washing station + a shower)

The Lodge was designed and built by a local family, who have been living in the mountains of Montmin for generations. Once you arrive, Antoine and/or Deanna will welcome you at Col de la Forclaz and will transport your luggage to the lodge in a truck, if you wish. You can choose to walk 30 minutes to get to the lodge or take a rocking truck ride up the mountain! We would be so delighted to introduce you to the land and our donkeys! If you need anything, we will be just a stone's throw away during your trip, so we are happy to help in any way we can.

The lodge is located about 30 minutes walk from the beautiful Col de la Forclaz, where you will be amazed by the takeoffs and flights of the paragliders. You can also find several restaurants at Col de la Forclaz that offer delicious dishes made with dairy products from the cows of Col de la Forclaz.
