This true haven of peace, just fifteen minutes on foot from the lively heart of Megève via the charming Chemin du Calvaire, offers much more than just a place to stay. It offers a complete well-being experience, guaranteeing moments of relaxation and pleasure. The apartment, nestled on the ground floor of a secure residence, extends over a generous living space of 85 m², enhanced by a large private garden of 200 m². Every detail has been thought of to offer a luxurious and functional living environment. The large living room, bathed in natural light, opens onto a terrace, creating a friendly and bright living space. This space is the ideal place to relax with family or friends, whether around a movie evening or a moment of conviviality. The equipped kitchen, modern and functional, promotes conviviality by being open to the living room and the dining room. Equipped with high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, it meets the needs of cooking enthusiasts. The two double bedrooms provide comfortable resting areas, each of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all occupants. A third bedroom with a bunk bed (two 90x200cm mattresses) with drawer (an additional 90x200cm mattress) constitutes an ideal space for 3 children. The 200 m² private garden has been designed to offer an exclusive outdoor space, perfect for moments of outdoor relaxation, family barbecues, or games for children. In terms of additional facilities, the residence offers a sports and relaxation area equipped with a fitness room, a sauna and a hammam, thus creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. Two private parking spaces, located in the basement, complete this accommodation, eliminating any concerns related to parking during your stay.
