Ideal for families and groups, this fully renovated and air-conditioned 200 m² house offers panoramic views of the sea and the Estérel massif from the pool, the terrace, the living room and several bedrooms. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 11 people (3 double beds 160x200, 5 single beds 90x200). Quality bedding, plenty of storage, bright living areas with large picture window, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi and TV with Canal+-type / streaming service, perfect for remote working or movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, full set of dishes and cookware) makes it easy to prepare meals. Large indoor dining table and outdoor dining area with sea view. The outdoor spaces are the highlight of the villa: private 10x4 m heated infinity pool treated with salt, sun loungers, furnished terraces, pétanque court, ping-pong table, aperitif area with a view of the Mediterranean. Quiet, secure residential estate with no traffic noise. The beach and the coves of Anthéor are accessible on foot in about ten minutes. Nearby: water activities (paddle, kayak, diving, boat trips), hikes in the Estérel, panoramic roads, Provençal markets, seafront restaurants and bars. Saint-Raphaël, Agay, Cannes and the villages in the hinterland are easily reachable by car. Nice airport is about 40 minutes away. Perfect for families: travel cot, high chair, changing table, children’s dishes and a few toys are available. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory and carried out by a professional. For stays of 6 nights or more, bed linen and towels are provided. For stays of less than 6 nights, an extra fee for linen is charged. A security deposit will be requested no later than 14 days before arrival and a tourist tax may be charged depending on the booking platform.
