Location saisonnière à la semaine. Maison de 80 m carré 3 faces , avec un garage dans un village au pied de la montagne, possibilité de faire de la randonnée, du vélo voie verte au bord de la maison . Le village possède des restaurants, des coiffeurs, un primeur, une boulangerie, location de vélo , un marché le vendredi matin, un fleuriste, un magasin de vélo, et encore plein d’autres choses très sympathiques…. A 10 min des plages et 30 min du Perthus. 2 chambres individuelles lit double . Salle de bain et wc separé. Cuisine équipée. Jardin avec piscine hors sol et place de parking devant la maison pour deux voitures. Animaux acceptés Uniquement non fumeur Possibilités de louer 2 grand Paddle en sus. caution a l arrivée ( deux mille euros restitue 7 à 14 jours après le départ ) Pour plus de renseignements n’hésitez pas à me contacter
