In the heart of picturesque "Cap d'osnes" old house from end of 19th renovated.
The "Cap d'Osnes" is the most typical and most coveted quarter of Banyuls. It's a protected area, consisting in small pedestrian alleys and stairs, both full of flowers. The house is in one of those cobbled and full of flowers alley. Ideally located in the heart of the picturesque "Cap d'Osnes", our house is equidistant from center, main beach and train station. In 3minutes by foot you'll be on the main beach or in the middle of "rue Saint Pierre" and its shops and typical restaurants. Beaches - Main beach (shingle)=> 230m (3min) - Plages des Elmes (sand/shingle)=> 9min - Plage du Centre Hélio-Marin (sand)=> 11min Shops: Pharmacy/Bakery/butcher's shop/shops/restaurants/cafés/bars=> 250m
