I invite you to enter an attractive house combining traditional and contemporary styles, carefully renovated and perfect for a relaxing stay. Thanks to its strategic location, the town center and Carantec's superb beaches are just a few minutes away. As soon as you arrive, you're immediately immersed in the living space. The kitchen is spacious and functional, with a FILTER coffee maker for sharing meals together. It opens onto the living room. On the first floor, there's a shower room and toilet. A pleasant, well-oriented terrace at the front of the house is ideal for relaxing moments together. A garage is available for storing bicycles or water sports equipment, and there's also a washing machine. The upstairs landing gives access to three bedrooms that are both bright and pleasant. The master bedroom has a 160/200 cm bed, while the other two bedrooms have 140/200 cm beds and plenty of storage space.
