- The trash cans must be emptied (see location of trash room/containers in the welcome booklet: €20 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Close the windows when you leave;
- Have not damaged, broken or stolen anything;
Maximum departure at 11 a.m., unless otherwise indicated. Any departure made after the arrival of the cleaning service provider will result in €50 on the deposit.
- Avoid noise after 10 p.m. in order to respect the neighborhood;
- Prohibition on sleeping in a bed without complete bed linen (pillowcases, duvet cover, sheet). €50 will be withheld from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
