Ideally located in the heart of the magnificent port of Kérity, this family villa has been completely renovated and certified “Meublé de Tourisme 4 étoiles” and “Gîte de France 4 épis” to accommodate 8 people (+2 in extra bedding). Quiet, bright and comfortable, this fully-equipped villa features two terraces in a large, flower-filled south-facing garden. Shops 1 min walk away (bakery, restaurants, fishmonger, cinema, weekly market). Magnificent beach 300 m away (5 min. walk). Ground floor: entrance, living room, dining room with open kitchen and study, 1 WC. First floor: 4 double bedrooms including a master suite, 1 shower room, 1 spa bathroom, 1 WC. New bedding. High-speed WiFi throughout the house, with 2 additional wired access points. Connected TVs and games console. Tuned piano. Decoration blending authenticity and modernity in an atmosphere soothed by exceptional oak parquet flooring. A garden shed is available for storing bikes, boards or other equipment.
