## The neighborhood It is located in a *** semi-pedestrian residence with a magnificent sea view, Mediterranean park, heated swimming pool from April to October with children's beach, mini golf, playground, and pétanque. Cupabia Beach, classified as a Natura 2000 site, with its fine white sand and turquoise water, is 10 minutes away by car or 30 minutes on foot for the more athletic via a marked path. Restaurants are located just outside the residence. Shops, restaurants, and water sports are 5 minutes away by car (Porto Pollo). ## Accommodation Very pretty mini two-room villa measuring 42m² with a 10m² terrace for 4 people + 1 baby, air-conditioned and with Wi-Fi, highly appreciated for its comfort and quality.
