Large, private 28m ² Mobile home for up to 4 adults and one child. Private garden, terrace with sea view, direct access to the beach, private parking, air conditioning Please do not smoke of course in the mobile home but also on the property. We are a non-smoking family with a baby and a child who want to protect… No outside guests allowed on premises, please. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, each with double bed 140cm plus a child bed 60cmx160cm in second bedroom. Shower, toilet, kitchen, fridge / freezer, heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, dining room with sea view.
I am new to this platform and have just noticed that, unlike competing platforms (air bnb) where our ad is also located, I CAN'T ANSWER QUESTIONS UNTIL THE RESERVATION IS FINALIZED ON BOTH SIDES !! Sorry… In any case you can always finalize and we will cancel for free afterwards if necessary… Discreet owners at your disposal in villa on the same ground. Private sea-view terrace and shared garden space. We just ask for quiet in the evening as we have a baby and 6 years old whose bedroom window is beside your terrace. For 8 years we have normally rented the entire grounds but we have now moved into the main house.
Quiet area by the sea Businesses/restaurants/local weekly market 5 minutes away in Grau d'Agde village. Public swimming pool aquatic center “archipel la citée d’eau” 3Km, Cap d’Agde golf 4Km.
