Hello, We are Katie and Mark and we moved to France in 2012. Soon afterwards we bought Ferme Les Bouts after falling in love with the small village and stunning mountain view. We completed renovating our farm, Petite Ferme Les Bouts (sleeps 6) and Grenier Les Bouts (sleeps 2) in 2016. In 2022 we completed renovating The Loft which is the top apartment of 2, 50m away. We love welcoming guests from all over the world to share our little piece of mountain heaven. We are a small, family run business. It's just us with no additional staff and all our properties are self check in/out. We allow you to enjoy your stay with ease of being self sufficient, however if you have any questions or would like local advice and recommendations please ask and we will be more than happy to meet and chat with you! Ferme Les Bouts is a collection of 3 fully renovated properties in La Cote d'Arbroz, French Alps in the heart of the Portes du Soleil. Located just 1.15hrs from Geneva airport, 7mins drive from the closest chairlift & 10mins drive to the popular alpine town of Morzine we are in the perfect location to explore the area all year round. Outstanding views, top of the range exceptional accommodation and ski, bike, walk, swim on the doorstep. A car is required to stay in all our properties as there are no public transport links into the village. Parking at each property is free and off road and parking for skiing is easy in the numerous carparks available. **Please be aware that there's some renovation work happening next door so you may experience some noise ** *Grenier Les Bouts - gorgeous stand alone stone Grenier dating back to 1901, sleeps 2. *Petite Ferme Les Bouts - spacious one level apartment, sleeping up to 6. Ground floor with parking for 2 cars right outside. Outdoor patio with furniture(summer months only). Private entrance. *The Loft - Fully renovated top floor apartment, sleeps 6. You will not tire of the activities we have on our doorstep! Excellent skiing, ski touring and snow shoeing during the winter with mountain biking, hiking, lake swimming, sailing on Lac Geneva or just relaxing at a mountain restaurant with a vin chaud or refreshing glass of rose, we have it all here! The Portes du Soleil is one of the largest ski playgrounds in the world; 196 Lifts and 650km of skiable terrain. The area offers skiing for all abilities and allows you to ski across the French-Swiss border as you please. The charming alpine village of Morzine bursts with alpine charm throughout the year with outstanding winter lights through the snowy months and stunning flower displays in the summer. Ice rinks and horse drawn carriages are all part of daily life here in the winter, while bustling local markets, spectacular flower displays, mountain meadows scattered with alpine flowers and herds of bell wearing cows are what we are about in the summer. Parking at each property is free and off road and parking for skiing is easy in the numerous carparks available. La Cote d'Arbroz village offers a charming restaurant which is a 5 minute walk away.
