SUPERB STUDIO NEAR THE PALACE, WITH SEA VIEWS AND TERRACE Ideal apartment for a couple, with magnificent 180 degree views of the Old Port of Cannes, the Palais des Festivals and the old town from the large private balcony. The view is as splendie by day as it is at night. Imagine enjoying this glass of wine while watching the yachts returning from a day of sailing on the beautiful Mediterranean. It is located on the 6th floor with elevator of a beautiful historic residential building with marble lobby. Just a 1 minute walk from the famous shopping street "Antibes Street" and a 3 minute walk from the Croisette and the beaches, it is a great place for conventions and holidays all year round. The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette: induction plates, combined oven and microwave, large fridge with ice box ... The double bed offers an excellent night's sleep and during the day it can be raised to the ceiling to enjoy the large sofas The bathroom with window is equipped with a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine.
The Must... for delegates, lovers of shopping and city walks or for holidaymakers who prefer the beach. Located on Rue Félix Faure in CANNES, in the heart of the city, a 2-minute walk from the Palais du Festival, the Croisette and the beaches. The pedestrian street is a 1 minute walk from the charming Suquet with its restaurants and in particular the famous ASTOUX - BRUN for fish and seafood, as well as the magnificent Forville market to delight you in regional specialties.
