Spa-access residence near Lyon tram stops
Thank you for choosing B&B HOME Lyon Centre Berthelot for your stay. We look forward to welcoming you. We are located in Lyon, 250 meters from the T2 Route de Vienne tram stop and 500 meters from the T4 Jet d'Eau - Mendès France tram stop. Perrache Train Station and Part-Dieu Train Station are a 12-minute drive away. All studios and apartments feature air conditioning, a private bathroom, lift access, and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee making facilities. You may request kitchenware at the reception desk. Our wellness area, featuring a jacuzzi, sauna, and sensory shower, is open daily from 17:00 (5 p.m.) to 21:00 (9 p.m.). If you require access outside these hours, please contact reception to arrange an alternative time. We also offer a massage service (additional charge) upon reservation at least 48 hours in advance. If you require a parking space. We have two car parks (one underground and one outside), both available for an extra charge. If you require parking and expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours, please call us in advance to ensure you have access to the car park.

Reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 21:00, Friday: 07:00 to 20:00, Saturday: 09:00 to 19:00 Sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 Closed on public holidays.
Please note that the spa center is open from Monday to Thursday from 17:00 to 21:00, Friday 17:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00 and on Sundays from 09:00 to 12:00. It is closed on public holidays. Spa access is charged EUR 12.
Cleaning services are provided from Monday to Saturday. No cleaning services are available on Sundays. For stays of 7 nights or more the studios will be cleaned once a week.
Please note that for last minute bookings either made on the day of arrival or the day before arrival and for stays of 4 nights or more the total amount of the stay has to be paid upon arrival. If you wish to request a baby cot, please contact the property directly in advance.
The onsite restaurant Côté Berthelot is located on ground floor and is open from Monday to Friday. The restaurant will be closed on the evenings from July 17th and completely closed for summer break between July 27th and August 27th included.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant and is available from: - Tuesday to Friday : 7:00 to 10:00 - Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Closed on public holidays. For the weekend and during summer break the reception offers breakfast on trays from 9am to 11am and Monday and other week day from 7am at 9€ on reservation only.
