Bonjour! Voici le tout dernier chantier que je vous propose. L'aménagement intérieur a été pensé dans l'esprit d'une cabine de bateau de croisière. Ce grand studio est traversant. Il est situé sur l'entrée du chemin des douaniers et propose une vue sur les jardins de la villa voisine. C'est un endroit très calme. Un petit refuge parfait pour 2 personnes. Un canapé-lit permet cependant d'héberger pour la nuit 2 personnes supplémentaires.

studio entièrement rénové en décembre 2023 et repensé en configuration T1 permettant d'héberger pour la nuit 2 convives supplémentaires. Bel espace dînatoire contemporain ouvert sur le salon. Grande salle d'eau avec douche italienne. 2ème etage d'une bâtisse rénovée elle aussi (fin des travaux MAI 2023). Il suffit de traverser la rue pour rejoindre la plage.

Neighbourhood information

La résidence la VAGUE est située sur la route du littoral, à la sortie de Houlgate. La gare de HOULGATE/CABOURG est à 2 kms. La station de bus NOMAD ligne 111 est au pied de l'immeuble. La halle aux poissons à 500 mètres. Le centre ville à 10 minutes à pieds. Quant à la plage, il suffit de traverser la rue et on y est!
