I am the sole occupant of the house, no other tenant than yourself. Access to your apartment is free and without constraint or obligation, your vehicle is parked in an enclosed, private and secure space, just below your accommodation. Several motorcycles can be parked safely, in a covered space if necessary. the house "Casa Phil" (indicative sign at the entrance) is away from the main road, in a residential subdivision, with private access. The center and its famous church on the promontory are accessible on foot in less than 10 minutes, as well as the main shops, wine cellars, bars and restaurants which offer typical, varied and affordable cuisine. You have free access to the garden with various furniture at the back of the house directly overlooking the maquis and beyond the surrounding vineyards surrounded by the Cap Corse mountain. It is planted with Mediterranean species and various plants that invite you to stroll and relax. It has a wooden terrace, an arbor with its fountain, a pond with fish and various intimate covered spaces freely available, with garden furniture, tables, chairs, swing and other deck chairs for reading and resting.

the village of Patrimonio is renowned for its wine and its church, like a lighthouse in the middle of the village. The small tourist port of Saint Florent (Saint Tropez Corse) is very close within 5 km, its bay, its beaches, its shops, bars and restaurants, its nightlife make it an essential stopover for boaters, happy owners of 'a boat. Saint Florent is the open door to Balagne and its mythical villages, coves and exceptional beaches (the Loto, Saleccia for the nearest ones) but also to the wilder coast of Cape Corsica and its seascapes or villages nestled in the mountains.
