Studio apartment near La Rochelle Old Harbour

Located in La Rochelle, this Pierre & Vacances residence is a 5-minute walk from the Old Harbour and 300 metres from the TGV Train Station. It has a heated indoor swimming pool and a terrace. The Pierre & Vacances Centre offers studio apartments with a lounge area and a flat-screen TV. Each studio has a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and an electric coffee-maker. The residence is serviced by a lift and facilities are available for guests with reduced mobility. Lifts are not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Our team is here to help you find the best alternative The Residence Pierre & Vacances Centre is an ideal base for discovering La Rochelle and guests can enjoy a boat trip to the Île de Ré and Fort Boyard. The beach is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Subject to availability, paid parking is available upon reservation and for an extra charge. Please note that the swimming pool is open from 09:00 until 19:00 daily.

Renovation roadworks are planned near the residence, which may cause noise pollution during the day, is done from 11th September to 5th December 2025.

Pets are allowed on request. It cost 12 EUR per night or 75 EUR per week In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the time frame set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that the reception opening hours as follow:

"tuesday, wenesday, thursday, sunday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 - friday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 - monday and saturday: 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00"

Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).

Guests staying longer than 11 days can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Also available: Breakfast service in the restaurant every day from 8:00 until 10:00. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.

Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment.

Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability and cost EUR 12 per night or EUR 73 per week. It is recommended to reserve your parking space before arrival by telephoning the property.

The swimming pool is 1.60 m on all sides. There are no gentle slopes or paddling pools.

The lifts in the residence are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Please contact the residence.

Until spring, and for your future comfort, the accommodation will be undergoing a makeover. Every effort will be made to ensure your comfort over the period and to limit noise pollution.
