Reception hours: monday to saturday from 09:00 to 12:00. Please note that the reception will be closed on Sunday. If you arrive outside reception hours, please contact the hotel.

Rates include: accommodation, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Bed linen, Wifi basic access (to 5 devices for navigate, e-mails reading and researches.

In addition, from mid-June to mid-September rates also include free access to the residence's outdoor heated swimming pool.

For every length of stay, beds can be made upon arrival for an extra cost per person. The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property.

Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.

Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Credit card is the only accepted method of payment. In case of arrival after 7 pm, we thank you to contact the reception imperatively.

In addition we have a baby kit that is available during your stay A fee may apply for animals that are allowed and the rate is 75 € per week
