New modern independent apartment at the first floor of our villa between Sanary sur mer and Bandol, in a quiet pine forest where you can find a large swimming pool and some outdoor games, like a ping pong table and a trampoline for children. it is 60 m2 composed of a livingroom with 1 sofa bed (2 places) ,a bedroom, and a bathroom. It is necessary a car for moving even if it is 5 minutes away from the center of Bandol and 15 minutes from the center of Sanary. It is provided of towels and bed sheets, and some basic necessity (included in the price). it is well soundproofed and equipped with air conditioning, underfloor heating and a woodvstove. There are two flat screen televisions, of witch one is smart, with possibility to use Netflix and Amazon Video to watch your favourite series or movies.
