The apartment was renovated in 2023 and fully equipped. You will be renting a private room with your own lock and key. There are 4 bedrooms in the apartment and 2 bathrooms. You will get private bathroom if 2 or more rooms are rented. Kitchen is fully equipped and also shared. AC is portable and there is one per room. The apartment is located 1 minute far from the tram stop in Nice Nord, just 15 min far from the city center, 20 min from Beach and 45 minutes from the airport. Check-in is remote and cleaning staff works every day.
Host always at your disposal, do not hesitate to ask me for any recommendations
Neighbor located in North Nice, in a residential area. The building is large, has 4 blocks and was built in the late 60's. Free parking is available on the street, but in the afternoon and evening is not easy to find a free space near the building. As parking is not included on the fare, we are not responsible if it takes time to find a slot. In case you cannot find any space, there is a private car park nearby that belongs to the tram station
